Tropical 'Toucan' Celebration
This artwork was created for a photoshoot in Confetti Fair magazine. Inspired by the idea of a 'Toucan' I created a tropical invite and matching hand-painted watercolour decor pieces that carry the theme across the event from invite through to function.
Beatrix Potter Party
For my son's 1st Birthday Party we hosted a celebration inspired by the Tales of Beatrix Potter. For the invitation I created an illustration of our front garden transformed into a vegetable garden with Beatrix Potter's characters coming to visit.
Beatrix Potter Party
For Aiden's 1st Birthday Party I took my inspiration from the full set of Beatrix Potter Tales. I recreated my own illustrations inspired by the originals to create an invitation design that would evoke the garden setting.
Tea for Two
This invitation for a girl's second birthday party was designed to capture the theme of: boho floral high tea. Featuring beautiful china teacups the design sets the scene for a really pretty and whimsical event.
Baby Shower
This baby shower invite is inspired by the idea of preparing the nest for the 'hatching' of the expected baby. Delicate feathers and soft colours are combined with scenes from the location and a map of the Fagan Park setting so that guests can find their way to the chosen picnic spot.
Woodland Party
This 6th Birthday Party Invitation features a cute fox and badger motif. Bunting in the tree spells out the birthday girl's name. For this client I presented two different options for the characters in the woodland scene for them to choose between (both original paintings are demonstrated in this example).
"Rocket Ship" 3rd Birthday Party
Designed for a 3rd Birthday Party this invitation sets the scene for a rocket inspired space theme. One original illustration was created before layering text to make an invite that could be emailed out to friends and family.
Harvest Wreath
I created this design of a delicate autumn wreath for a birth announcement card.
Floral High Tea
Created for a Bridal Shower event this invitation captures the essence of the event and sets up the expectation for a sophisticated celebratory day with the girls. The bride-to-be enjoyed a floral crown making workshop followed by an afternoon high tea before finally heading out for cocktails in the city.

Wollemi Pine Theme
Designed for a botanical inspired 30th held at Mount Tomah Botanical Gardens in the Blue Mountains I created this design featuring the Wollemi Pine. This tree was a favourite of Alison's and was also the location of the event so it was the perfect central feature for the design. The invitation also features hand-lettering details to give it a vintage feel to suit the personality of Alison.

In Full Bloom
A key feature of the In Full Bloom photoshoot was a beautiful gift station for guests. Featuring a back wall of original botanical artworks by myself there were 'seed packet' cookies and terrarium jars for guests to take home. Each jar was tied off with a hand-drawn gift tag by ELK Prints.

In Full Bloom
This original hand painted watercolour artwork was produced for a botanical themed photoshoot organised by Life's Little Celebrations and styled by Dream a Little Dream Events with I Heart Table Art. This botanical theme was beautiful, feminine and very pretty and the inclusion of original artworks make it truly special. It featured on Party with Lenzo and Ruffled Blog.

Valentino Theme
Created for a 40th Birthday party these invitations feature dramatic hand-painted watercolour rose flowers in tribute to the work of fashion designer Valentino. The Italian fashion theme suited the birthday girl perfectly.

Valentino Theme
This work in progress shot shows the process of how each flower was hand-painted onto the invitations. Labour intensive but the results are absolutely stunning and need to be seen to truly appreciate the beauty of the watercolours.
