Art and Inspiration

There is a Greek term I've always loved 'Ekphrasis' - on its most basic level it refers to an artwork inspired by another artwork. I love this piece of ekphrasis put together by my good friend Amrita Lal from http://www.youandifashionstyling.com 

Amrita is a fashion stylist and video blogger and she has taken some interesting photographs of some of my assorted paintings and illustrations and turned them into a video interspersed with some of the things I believe in as a creative artist and designer. 

I loved seeing how she interpreted my work and beliefs and created something beautiful and different with it. I hope you also enjoy the video and maybe gain another insight into my artistic process along the way.
